These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at ampshir.com ("the Site") operated by Affordable Pallets ("we", "us", "our"), and any purchase of products or services from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We manufacture and supply timber pallets, wooden crates, boxes, heat treatment services and related packaging products. Product descriptions, images and specifications on the Site are provided for general information purposes and may not reflect the exact appearance of the delivered product due to variations in natural timber.
All quotes provided by Affordable Pallets are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless explicitly noted. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if there are significant changes in raw material costs between the quote date and the order confirmation date.
We deliver across the greater Sydney metropolitan area, including Newcastle, the Central Coast and Wollongong. Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to meet agreed delivery dates, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, traffic disruptions and supplier delays.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the order size, weight and delivery location and will be communicated as part of your quote.
All products are manufactured to the specifications agreed at the time of order. We take pride in our quality control processes and inspect all goods before dispatch. Minor variations in timber colour, grain pattern and dimensions are inherent characteristics of natural wood products and do not constitute defects.
Where heat treatment services are requested, we will provide documentation confirming ISPM 15 compliance, including temperature records and certification. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the level of treatment required is appropriate for the destination country's import regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affordable Pallets' liability for any claim arising from the supply of products or services is limited to the replacement of the defective goods or, at our discretion, a refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption or shipping delays.
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics and design elements — is the property of Affordable Pallets and is protected by Australian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers or any systems connected to the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
