Timber Selection
We source kiln-dried hardwood and softwood from reputable Australian timber suppliers. Each batch is inspected for moisture content, structural integrity and dimensional accuracy before entering production.
Precision Cutting
Boards and bearers are cut to exact tolerances using industrial saws, ensuring consistent dimensions across every pallet in your order.
Assembly & Fastening
Decking boards are secured to bearers with heat-treated spiral nails or screws, providing superior holding strength and resistance to vibration during transport.
Quality Inspection
Every finished pallet undergoes a visual and dimensional check. We verify flatness, nail placement and overall structural integrity before dispatch.
