Every crate and box we produce is constructed from quality structural timber, assembled with precision and reinforced at stress points to withstand the rigours of road, rail, sea and air freight. We can build to any size — from small cases that fit on a desk to industrial crates large enough to house heavy machinery weighing several tonnes.
Our Range of Wooden Containers
We produce a broad range of timber containers to suit different cargo types and transport methods:
- Standard shipping crates — Fully enclosed plywood or sawn-timber crates with removable lids for easy packing and unpacking
- Open-top crates — Ideal for tall or irregularly shaped items that need overhead crane loading

Additional Features Available
Depending on the nature of your cargo and its transit environment, we can incorporate a range of additional protective features into your crate or box:
- Moisture-resistant lining — waterproof barriers to protect against humidity, condensation and rain
- Foam or timber internal bracing — custom-shaped supports that prevent cargo movement during transit
- VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) wrapping — for metal components requiring corrosion protection
- Labelling and stencilling — shipping marks, handling symbols and destination information applied directly to the crate
- Heat treatment — ISPM 15 compliant treatment for international export requirements

Brief & Assessment
Share the dimensions, weight and nature of your cargo along with the intended transport method. We assess the requirements and recommend the most suitable crate or box design.
Design & Quote
Our team prepares a quote covering materials, construction, any linings or additional features and delivery. For complex projects we can provide technical drawings.
Manufacture
Your crates or boxes are built in our Ingleburn workshop using quality timber and fasteners, with each unit inspected before dispatch.
Delivery or Collection
We deliver across the greater Sydney area and can organise freight to regional NSW. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect from our Ingleburn premises.
