Consultation & Specification
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your cargo, handling method, load requirements and any compliance standards that apply. You provide the dimensions and performance criteria — we translate them into a production-ready design.
Material Selection
Based on the required load capacity and application, we select the most appropriate timber species, grade and board thickness. For export applications, we can specify ISPM 15-compliant heat-treated timber from the outset.
Prototype & Approval
For larger or ongoing orders, we can produce a sample pallet for your approval before committing to full production. This ensures the final product integrates seamlessly with your existing handling equipment and racking systems.
Production & Delivery
Once approved, your custom pallets enter production with the same quality-control rigour applied to our entire product range. Completed orders are dispatched on schedule to your nominated delivery address across Sydney and NSW.
